About Us
Lee Energy Access acts as a trusted facilitator, mandate, or representative in international oil & gas trading.We connect real sellers and serious buyers in BLCO, D2, EN590, and other petroleum products, ensuring document verification and deal transparency.📌 POF may be considered only after seller proves cargo ownership and readiness to transact.
Our active buyers can proceed with either of the following procedures:
⚙️Option 1 – Vessel-Based:
• SPA + Buyer CIS, ID, BCL video
• Captain appoints buyer's agent
• MNOR issued → CIQ → Brent avg - USD... (to be negotiated)
• Payment within 5 banking days⚙️ Option 2 – EN590 PURCHASE PROCEDURE – FOB VESSEL TO TANK
1. Vessel Arrival & Initial Inspection
- Seller directs vessel to safe anchorage.
- Vessel documents submitted to buyer for port entry approval.
- Buyer boards vessel and conducts dip test for quality & volume verification.2. Discharge to Buyer’s Tank
- Upon satisfactory dip test, product is discharged into buyer’s tank.
- CIQ is conducted post-discharge to determine final quantity.3. Pricing & Fees
- Price: USD 500/MT (gross), USD 485/MT (net).
- Seller pays USD 10/MT to buyer side (USD 5 profit, USD 5 buyer agent).
- Seller pays USD 5/MT to their own side agent.*** Alternatively, buyer may absorb all agent fees, and seller receives USD 485/MT net.4. Payment Terms
- Buyer pays 50% of the estimated total after receiving and accepting dip test result.
- Balance 50% paid after CIQ result, based on final discharged volume.
